Framework agreements for passenger transport services by passenger car and/or minibus within Elverum, Trysil, Åmot and Engerdal municipalities in Hedmark, as well as trips in and out of these municipalities. This includes, amongst other things, school transport, ordered/service/flex routes and other call-off managed transport, including municipal transport assignments.

Parallel framework agreements can be signed with several service providers. The framework agreements' total value is calculated to 8 000 000-10 000 000 NOK per annum and they will run for 1,5 years from 1.1.2014 with further options.
