Delivery under operational leases:

Factory of new truck type: dual-chamber garbage truck (part I) and construction of single-chamber garbage truck on chassis supplied by the Ordering Party (Part II),

A detailed description of the lease is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ “Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ). The technical and performance parameters specified in the annexes to this specification are required. Not having any parameter gives grounds for the Ordering Party to reject the offer.

1. The subject of the contract shall be the acquisition and transfer to the Contracting Party for payment of use under the operating lease agreement for the agreed lease installments, during the period of the lease agreement, from the date of signing of the protocol for receipt of the lease object:

— Part I: factory new truck type dual-chamber garbage truck;

A detailed description of the lease is set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ “Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ). The technical and performance parameters specified in the annexes to this specification are required. Not having any parameter gives grounds for the Ordering Party to reject the offer.

2.. Requirements and terms of the lease

1) Delivery of the complete object of the lease, according to the description of the subject of the contract, set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ entitled “Description of the Subject of the Order” (OPZ), to the office of the Ordering Party (PUK in Hajnówka, 4 Łowcza Street)

2) Operating lease, with the option of redemption by the Ordering Party, for 1% of the net worth of the lease subject, at the end of the lease agreement, subject to the payment of any receivable under the lease agreement.”

3) Provide financing in the form of an operational lease under the following terms:

(a) Initial rent (entrance fee):

- parts I —dual-chamber garbage truck - 100.000 net + VAT,

(b) 47 monthly lease instalments: payable each time until the 25th day of the month, on the basis of VAT invoices to the bank account indicated by the Contractor, in variable instalments calculated on the basis of the 1M variable rate of WIBOR, effective on the last day of the month preceding the payment of the instalment concerned, throughout the leasing period, with all installments payable in subsequent monthly periods, according to the schedule for repayment of lease instalments provided by the Contractor;, (

(c) residual value (redemption): 1% of the net worth of the subject of the contract, payable after the Contractor has provided written information concerning the termination of the contract and the amount of residual value (redemption) and the time limit for its payment. The invoice (contract of sale) of the lease item shall be issued and served to the Contracting Authority within 7 days from the date of recognition of the funds in the bank account of the Contracting Authority.
