The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the removal of Critical and Non-Critical Failures as well as maintenance and service services consisting in periodic maintenance and service inspections of the following building systems and installations.
The subject of the contract was divided into 4 parts:
Part I – "Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of the power grid system located in IAS in Łódź";
Part II – "Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of air conditioning systems located in IAS in Łódź";
Part III – "Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of fire protection systems located in IAS in Łódź",
Part IV - "Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of low-voltage building systems and installations located in IAS in Łódź".
Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of the power grid system located in the Tax Administration Chamber in ŁódźThe subject of the contract Part No. I is "Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of air conditioning systems located in the Competence Center for the Support of the Information System of the Treasury and Customs Chamber of Tax Administration in Łódź, with its registered office at 41 Karolewska Street" of the following systems and installations:
An energy grid consisting of a minimum of:
- One building uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with a minimum power of 160 kVA,
- One generator set with a minimum power of 300 kVA.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ and the Model Agreement constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
The contracting authority requires that the contractor and any subcontractors at each stage of the contract performance employ on the basis of an employment contract all persons performing activities in the performance of the contract, consisting in performing activities including the processes of receiving, recording and processing failure reports.
In cases where trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, which would lead to the preference or elimination of certain contractors or products, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract with sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract. In such situations, possible references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process should be read with the words "or equivalent" In situations where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the PPL, The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions, and the references indicated above should be read with the words "or equivalent".
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities involving the direct implementation of the services in question on the basis of an employment contract, i.e.: Performing activities including the processes of receiving, recording and processing failure reports.
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility for the Contractor to carry out a site inspection of the work area and its surroundings before submitting the offer. The vision is possible on business days, between 8.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m., after prior telephone arrangement with the Ordering Party. The on-site inspection is treated by the Contracting Authority as an auxiliary activity in the preparation of the offer. Use
The on-site inspection has no impact on the evaluation of the bid or the outcome of the public procurement procedure.
Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of air conditioning systems located in IAS in ŁódźThe subject of the contract Part II "Provision of failure removal services and maintenance and service inspections of air conditioning systems located in the Competence Center Support of the Treasury and Customs Information System of the Chamber of Tax Administration in Łódź, based at 41 Karolewska Street" of the following air conditioning systems:
a. Server room air conditioning system with chilled water consisting of a minimum:
- Two chillers with a minimum cooling capacity of 120 kW
-Precision air conditioning cabinets
b. Air conditioning system of freon server room.

- Fire Alarm System based on the Schrack Seconet system,
- early smoke detection system based on the Vesda system,
- Extinguishing system based on the EURO-ITO/SERVER system,
- System Oddymiania.

8. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract indicates trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, which would lead to preference
or elimination of certain contractors or products, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract with sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract. In such situations, any reference to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a specific process should be read with the words

- CCTV system,
- Intruder Alarms System,
- Temperature and humidity monitoring system,
- Water leakage monitoring system
