The Framework Agreement concerns technical advice for the design and construction of construction projects on the following topics:

- Bicycle traffic,

- Pedestrians,

- Roads,

- Signals,

- Recovery projects,

- Bus accessibility,

- Wastewater engineering and construction,

- Surface solutions for rainwater management,

- Hydraulic modeling.

But may also to a lesser extent contain other themes such as landscape, urban space and construction.

The framework agreement is expected to start in January 2020.
