In the Klinikum Chemnitz gGmbH as a maximum provider, medical services are offered in almost all disciplines. Of particular importance is the acute care of the steadily increasing number of patients in the diagnostic area of cardiovascular diseases. For this department, a new building will be built at the Küchwald site, with the aim of achieving a centralization of all examination, treatment and care areas of the cardiology departments currently located at several locations at this location. For this new building, services for the implementation and coordination of expert approvals will be put out to tender.

On the basis of the "List of services for the expert approvals according to SächsTechPrüfVO" in the plant, the following services must be provided during or at the end of the execution phase of the respective subprojects:

- Coordination of all expert audits within the organisation of the contractor as well as any necessary subcontractors

- Carrying out the expert examinations required by building law in accordance with the SächsTechPrüfVO.

- Effective principle testing of all technical systems in accordance with the SächsTechPrüfVO within the scope of the respective trade approvals

- Preparation of the test reports incl. client discussion before final submission of the respective acceptance protocols and the cross-trade overall final report
