The subject of the contract is the provision of services by the Contractor, including: launching the e-wood auction platform (System), providing and maintaining the production auction platform of the System in the Contractor's hardware and software environment and performing current System Modifications resulting from changes in the business processes of the State Forest, and adaptation of the System to the requirements of national law and EU directives.

The subject of the contract is: the performance of services by the Contractor, including: launching the e-wood auction platform (System), providing and maintaining the production auction platform of the System in the Contractor's hardware and software environment and performing current System Modifications resulting from changes in the business processes of the State Forest, and adaptation of the System to the requirements of national law and EU directives for a maximum of 540 hours.

The services being the subject of the contract will be provided from the date of conclusion of the Agreement for a period of 9 months, and in the case of exercising the "option right", for a maximum of 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
