The purpose of this contract is the operation, operation and maintenance (P2) of heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning, air treatment and water treatment installations in the buildings of the Collectivity of Corsica.This contract also includes the operation and total warranty (P3) of the equipment identified in need of replacement. This framework agreement lays down all the conditions for the performance of the services, and is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. Each lot will be allocated separately
