Description:
The housing company Sct. Jørgen, Renovation of Klostervnget, Av. 3, Section 3 in Viborg. Procurement of construction management.

The housing company Sct. Jørgen is to have completed the renovation of 83 family homes in Klostervenget, of 3 building section 3, in Viborg.

Renovations include facade renovation, bathrooms and kitchen made available, enlargement of the community house, replacement of plumbing installation, and options in the form of establishing common living areas and establishing a lift.

The renovation is subject to support from Landsbyggefonden.

Renovation will be carried out in main contracting. Prior to the present tender, a total advisor is assigned to the project.

The present tender deals with the management of construction for the project.

This Tender Ordinance invites interested people to request participation in the tender.

The housing company Sct. Jørgen is to have completed the renovation of 83 family homes in Klostervnget, paragraph 3.

The tender includes construction management in connection with the renovation.

With the renovation, the housing company will secure the homes so that they will be attractive in addition to time, and climate and energy optimized.

The renovation includes overall:

• that construction damage caused by, inter alia, insitu-cast concrete structures, is remedied. In this context, the facade term must be upgraded, with new exterior facades, so that the building gets an architectural boost and becomes more attractive,

• a boost to technical installations so that the construction is sensible by, inter alia, improving existing use water, heating and ventilation systems so as to optimise the indoor climate to a timely level;

• inserting new contemporary and accessible kitchens and bathrooms

• to change the disposition of the interior in the housing by making minor redevelopment so that accessibility is created.

• energy optimising properties with improved climate screen in the form of new low-energy windows in maintenance-friendly materials with additional insulation in the facades

• community house including remodeling and building.

Expected construction sum is approximately DKK 72.9 million incl. VAT
