1. The subject of the order is the delivery of control, research and measurement apparatus for the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology.
2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.
3. The subject of the order includes delivery to the office of the Ordering Party: Gdańsk University of Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics, Narutowicza Street 11/12, 80-233 Gdańsk, WETI A building (No. 41), Room 126.
4. Detailed requirements are set out in the description of the object of the contract constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
5. The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
6. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of a security of proper performance of the contract.
Supply of a spectrum analyzer with a tracking generator1. The object of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of a spectrum analyzer with a tracking generator, for which the detailed requirements are specified in the description of the object of the contract, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
2. The subject of the order must be factory new, complete with a high standard both in terms of quality of workmanship and functionality, free of material and design defects, without prior operation and cannot be subject to third party rights.
3. The offer submitted by the Contractor shall be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire subject matter of this contract together with the necessary components of the hardware infrastructure. In order to achieve all the intended objectives and requirements set by the Contracting Authority in particular in the Subject Description. 4. The contract offered by the Contractor shall be complete with all the components, parts and materials necessary for commissioning and use. The offered object of the contract must comply with all the requirements of the Contracting Authority. The delivered item of the order after commissioning must be ready to work as intended and designated by the Ordering Party, without additional investment purchases on the side of the Ordering Party. The Contractor at the stage of execution of the contract shall carry out the object of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the

7. The Contracting Authority shall request the submission with the offer of the following measures of evidence to confirm the conformity of the supply offered with the requirements/characteristics specified in the description of the subject of the contract:
current at the date of submission of tenders a description of the offered item of the order, i.e. manufacturer's catalogue cards, manufacturer/distributor folders, prints from the manufacturer/distributor's websites or own descriptions. The description should confirm all the requirements for the subject of the order specified in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority allows submission of a description in English.
8. The Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent measures of evidence in question if they confirm that the deliveries offered meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria laid down by the Contracting Authority.
9. If the Contractor does not submit the measures of evidence in question or the complex means of evidence are incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall invite them to submit or supplement them within the time limit set, in accordance with Article 107 (2) of Law Pzp.
10. In accordance with Article 139 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for an inverted order of activities, i.e. he may first examine and evaluate tenders, and then make the qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions participation in the proceedings.
Data acquisition system delivery/Ethernet meter1. The object of the order is the delivery of 1 piece of the data acquisition system/meter with the Ethernet interface, for which the detailed requirements are specified in the description of the object of the order, as Annex 4 to the SWZ.
