The purpose of this single-contractor framework agreement is to define the general contractual terms between the contracting authority and the economic operator in the context of the award of future Subsequent Contracts (Subsequent Contracts). This framework agreement covers project management missions relating to the creation of a " Low-Energy Campus (Cbe) on the site of Saint-Jérôme d'Aix-Marseille University.

The purpose of this single-contractor framework agreement is to define the general contractual terms between the contracting authority and the economic operator in the context of the award of future Subsequent Contracts (Subsequent Contracts). The services are described in general terms in the specifications of the framework agreement (ccap, cctp) and will be described in detail in the specification of the special clauses equivalent to the deed of commitment (CCP equivalent to Ae) and the annex(s) of the future subsequent contracts which will be contracted with the holder of the framework agreement selected after requesting the latter to complete its offer in accordance with Title II of the CCAP. Subsequent contracts may, depending on the needs of the contracting authority concerned, give rise to:

- simple lump sum follow-on contracts.

- Follow-on contracts with tranches. :- the estimated value of the framework agreement (assessment of the amount of all DMs entered into under this agreement)

The maximum order threshold of the framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 of the French Public Procurement Code, is set at an amount of €500,000 excluding tax (euro excluding VAT) per year. Follow-on Contract No 1 will be notified at the same time as the Framework Agreement
