The services mainly concern the hosting, the outsourcing of the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, i.e. the supervision, operation and administration of SAP and Sybase, and the servers hosting the Open Text dematerialization solution that are linked to it, as well as technical support. They also cover the provision of a technical environment and the provision of additional intellectual services necessary for the smooth running of the NFB's projects.

The framework agreement covers the following four services:P Service Designation1 Transfer and handling of the application (acquaintance)2 Hosting and outsourcing of the current application landscape (supervision, operation and administration) and technical support3 Ancillary services4 ReversibilityRegarding the hosting of the solution, candidates must encrypt the following two variants:- Variant 1: Hosting and outsourcing of the entire landscape on one platform dedicated hardware (as is currently the case);- Variant 2: hosting and outsourcing of the entire landscape on a shared hardware platform hosted by the bidder (such as a "private cloud"). It is specified that the tenderer must be able to respond and provide a cost for both variants.
