The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.

Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.

The objective of the 24-hour balance sheets is to:

— measure hydraulic flows in and out of sewage treatment plants (and on any by-pass) for 24 hours;

— measure fluxes of pollutant elements (BOD5, COD, forms of nitrogen and phosphorus...) at the inlet and exit of the station (and on the possible bypass) for 24 hours;

— verify compliance with the discharge thresholds in the receiving environment set by the regulation form of the market: at purchase orders with maximum the estimated value indicated corresponds to the maximum for all batches.
