1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of fuels in a non-cash system using fuel cards for company cars and power generators and small equipment, for the following entities acting jointly:
1) Communes of the City of Gdańsk (its organizational units) and limited liability companies with the participation of the Commune,
2) Cedry Wielkie communes,
3) Puck District,
4) Commune of Władysławowo (its organizational units),
5) Nowy Staw commune (its organizational units),
6) Wejherowo Commune (its organizational units),
7) Castle Museum in Malbork,
and for motor boats, for the following entities:
8) City Guard in Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Sports Center (fuel for motor boats).
The Municipality of the City of Gdańsk, pursuant to art. 16 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, it is the Ordering Party authorized to conduct proceedings on behalf of other Procurers, which are the above-mentioned entities. The contracts will be concluded by each of the entities separately from the Contractor, whose offer in the given part will be chosen by me
