SUPPORT ACTIVITIES TO THE PROVINCE AND LEVEL 1 - 2 - 3 CONTROL ON APE

The Province of L'Aquila must carry out the Energy Performance Certificates – APE Control Service. LL.RR. no. 32/2015 and no. 50/2017 in accordance with the procedures set out in Annex 2 to D.G.R. no. 94/2019 "Operational methodologies for the management of quality controls of the certification service for the provinces of Chieti, Pescara, Teramo and L'Aquila" and the Provincial Regulation approved by Council Resolutions no. 11/2012 and no. 22/2022, using, for this reason, an "external body", in possession of specific requirements
