The purchasing organization intends to purchase services for the personalization and certification of tachograph cards and the personalization of ADR driver readiness certificates (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

The object of the purchase is described in detail in Annex 1 to the Conditions of Purchase "Technical specification of services for the personalization and certification of tachograph cards and personalization of ADR driver readiness certificates".
