The subject of the contract is the DELIVERY OF DISPOSABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 2 to the Specification (in assortment and price forms).
The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 packages (tasks):
PACKAGE AND ASSORTMENT OF INJECTIONS, SYRINGES (Attachment No. 2.1.)
PACKAGE II CANNULAS, ASSORTMENT FOR INTRAVENOUS THERAPY (Annex No. 2.2.)
PACKAGE III INJECTION NEEDLES, INFUSION EQUIPMENT (Annex No. 2.3.)
The contracting authority allows submission of partial offers for individual packages (tasks, lots).
In a particular package, i.e. in each assortment and price form, all items must be included. The lack of any assortment item in a given Appendix No. 2 will result in the rejection of a given tender offer.
Tenders may be submitted for one or more or all parts.
PACKAGE AND ASSORTMENT OF INJECTIONS, SYRINGES (Attachment No. 2.1.)The package includes, among others, such as: devices for blood transfusion and transfusion, and infusion fluids, extension cords for infusion pumps, needle-free ports, 3-part syringes, three-way taps, injection needles, as described in Appendix No. 2.1.
PACKAGE II CANNULAS, ASSORTMENT FOR INTRAVENOUS THERAPY (Annex No. 2.2.)The package includes, among others, such as: intravenous cannulas, safe, cannula plugs, cannulas for peripheral arterial vessels, needle-free connectors, extension sets
as described in Annex No. 2.2.
PACKAGE III INJECTION NEEDLES, INFUSION EQUIPMENT (Annex No. 2.3.)The package includes, among others, such as: injection needles, insulin pen needles, three-part sterile syringes, two-piece sterile syringes, needle-free devices for preparing and withdrawing vial solutions
as described in Annex 2.3.
