In the Tollense Kaserne Neubrandenburg, the missing rehearsal rooms are to be built by an extension to Building 12 for the training and practice of the Army Music Corps. With a small connector to building 12, the extension to the south is planned on an unused area with one to two storeys, without a basement. The special cubature, due to the room heights and the sloping position of the walls, results from the room acoustic requirements.

According to VgV 2016, the planning is awarded via a negotiation process with a competition. The applicant who can expect the best possible solution of the task on the basis of his offer receives the order. According to HOAI 2013 §§ 33-37, the commissioned planner must first provide service phases 3 and 4 by July 30, 2021. The capacities required to guarantee the target dates must be available. The other performance levels are to be awarded in stages, but this is reserved and takes place through written notification. The currently valid RBBau must be observed.
