Printing and delivery of ballot papers for the state and district elections 2023 in the Free State of Bavaria related to the constituency of Middle Franconia.

Printing of official ballot papers A and C (constituency candidates) and ballot papers B and D (constituency candidates) for the 2023 state and district elections on 8 October 2023.

In the name and for the account of the Free State of Bavaria, the Government of Middle Franconia will award the printing of ballot papers A (constituency candidates), ballot paper B (constituency candidates) and ballot paper A with special imprint (special ballot paper) for the 2023 Landtag election and in the same way in the name and for the account of the district of Middle Franconia the printing of ballot papers C (constituency candidates) and ballot papers D (constituency candidates) for the 2023 district election as an overall contract.

The contract includes the procurement of the paper, the necessary printing and folding work as well as the packaging and the dispatch or delivery of the ballot papers to the constituency leaders and their offices for the twelve Central Franconian constituencies. The ballot papers (A and B plus special ballot papers) for the Landtag election must be marked for the use of templates for the blind. For this purpose, the upper right corner of the said ballot papers shall be cut.
