Renovation of existing multi-storey building consisting of 7 blocks in 4 floors with a total of 202 homes.

Work includes the casting of foundations at gables, new lightweight facades and the replacement of all windows and doors. Balconies are opened up and renovated with new guards.

6 stairwells are being redeveloped with new elevator, 50 of the apartments are being converted into accessibility housing with new kitchens and baths.

In accessibility housing, hereafter called completely renovated housing, residents will be rehoused. In all other homes, hereinafter called lightly renovated homes, the residents will not be rehoused and the contractors must take the utmost account of this.

All installations in completely renovated homes are replaced. In the slightly renovated homes and parterre, partial replacement of installations is carried out.

In all lightly renovated homes, new bathrooms, replacement of skirting boards and frames with new electrical installations in panels must be established.

Open spaces are renovated with pavements, plantings, fixtures, etc. as well as renewal of waste and

regnvandsledninger.

The assignment is offered in the main contract. The main contract includes all services for fully completed construction according to the tender documents and on the basis of the above. The project and the tendered contract are described in more detail in the other tender documents.
