- ventilation / heating,

- mobile (elevators) EC type.

The missions after a period of implementation and inventory are mainly:

- monitoring of maintenance activities (coordination, intervention management, reporting, advice, documentary watch, etc.),

- preventive and corrective maintenance,

- periodic general checks,

- inventory management,

- additional services (consignment, planning, strain, etc.).
