Development of multi-branch documentation, design and cost estimate of thermomodernization (including insulation) and renovation (renovation) with the design of construction equipment for 14 municipal buildings located in Gdańsk at 15 Piaskowa Street, 18 Raduńska Street, 213C St. Wojciech Route, 16 Letnia Street, 12B and C Łowicka Street, 30, 32, 52 Tarniny, Polish Navy 76 and 78, Szklana Huta 14/16 and 18/20 and 359 Kartuska Street, as well as exercising author's supervision over works performed according to the prepared project documentation, as part of the ECO Synergy Gdańsk task – improving the energy efficiency of urban residential buildings, ELENA instrument – districts of Olszynka, Rudniki, Letnica, Orunia-Św. Wojciech-Lipce, Krakówc-Górki Zachodnie and Jasień.
The subject of the contract is: a) development of 14 separate multi-discipline design and cost estimation documentation for thermomodernization (including insulation) and renovation (renovation) with the design of construction equipment for buildings located in Gdańsk at the following streets: - Piaskowa 15, cadastral plot No. 680/127, precinct 303S; - Raduńska 18, cadastral plot no. 691/11, precinct 303S; - St. Adalbert's Route 213C, cadastral plot no. 50/3, precinct 109; - Letnia 16, cadastral plot no. 528/2, precinct 114; - Łowicka 12B, cadastral plot no. 1, precinct 271S; - Łowicka 12C, cadastral plot no. 2/1, precinct 271S; - Tarniny 30, cadastral plot no. 136, precinct 115; - Tarniny 32, cadastral plot no. 135, precinct 115; - Tarniny 52, cadastral plot No. 323, precinct 115; - Marynarki Polskiej 76, cadastral plot no. 261/3, precinct 059; - Marynarki Polskiej 78, cadastral plot no. 261/4, precinct 059; - Szklana Huta 14/16, cadastral plot no. 218, precinct 059; - Szklana Huta 18/20, cadastral plot no. 217, precinct 059; - Kartuska 359, cadastral plot no. 251, precinct Jasień; b) Making notifications pursuant to Article 30 of the Construction Law for the construction or performance of construction works and obtaining certificates of lack of objection of the competent architectural and construction administration body - if, due to the designed scope of works, the need to perform the above-mentioned notifications results from Article 29 of the Construction Law. c) performing a one-off update of investor cost estimates; d) exercising author's supervision in the scope of: - ascertaining in the course of construction works compliance of the implementation with the project, - agreeing on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor's supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
