3.2 The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of county roads and pavements in the City and Commune of Wieliczka South and North, Gdów Commune, Biskupice Commune, and winter maintenance of county roads in the Kłaj Commune in the winter season 2022/2023 3.3 The scope of the contract includes 195.307 km of county roads and 56, 346 km of sidewalks, including: • part I - City and Commune of Wieliczka Southern Part 60.848 km of roads and 23.659 km of sidewalks, • part II - City and Commune of Wieliczka Northern Part 27,249 km of roads and 25,828 km of pavements • part III - Municipality of Kłaj - 29,257 km of county roads, • part IV - Municipality of Gdów 56,877 km of roads and 4,114 km of pavements, • part V - Municipality of Biskupice 21,076 km of roads and 2,745 km of sidewalks. 3.4 A significant part of the county roads in the municipalities of Wieliczka, Kłaj and Biskupice is located in hilly areas. In addition, in the Wieliczka Commune, a significant part of the roads has excessive longitudinal slopes, which makes it much more difficult to conduct winter road maintenance. 3.5 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the model contract – Annex B to the SWZ. 3.6 Snow removal and slippery removal should be carried out according to the attached standards - Annex C1 and C2 to the SWZ. 3.7 A detailed list of roads and pavements for each part of the contract, along with the order of their snow removal, is included in the annex: D to the Terms of Reference – "List of county roads and sidewalks" 3.8 The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the order of snow removal of county roads and sidewalks during the execution of the order. 3.9 Appendix No. E to the SWZ is a map of the district road network to be downloaded from the Ordering Party's website in the news tab, a list of roads (due to the size of the file, the map to be downloaded from the ordering party's website http://www.zdp.wieliczka.pl/index.php?ram=s&id=5 3.10 After completion of the subject of the contract, the contractor will remove from the roadway (applies to roads with a street and semi-street cross-section), sidewalks and sewage located at the edge of the road, pollution formed after the winter period. 3.11 The Ordering Party reserves that it may resign from the service of removing pollution from the roadway.
