The subject of the contract is the purchase of a device for animal life imaging

using luminescence, fluorescence and Cerenkov radiation techniques with an animal anesthesia kit.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ – "Description of the Subject of the Contract - list of required parameters".

Installation of the subject of the contract and instruction will be made within the time limit agreed with the Ordering Party, but no later than before the deadline referred to in paragraph 1 (8 weeks).

The acceptance will be made by the Ordering Party in terms of checking the compliance of the device presented for acceptance with the requirements of this contract, and in particular the description of the subject of the order,

Acceptance will be made after the Contractor has completed the assembly. The scope of the contract includes the services of delivery to the indicated room, assembly with connection of devices to the existing installation with appropriate fittings, valves, wires and the first commissioning of devices at the Ordering Party's headquarters and conducting employee instruction.
