The demand for gas transport capacities in Baden-Württemberg is rising steadily. For this reason, terranets bw is planning the new "Süddeutsche Erdgasleitung" (SEL) natural gas transmission pipeline.

The SEL will start near Lampertheim and run south of Heilbronn, north of Ludwigsburg to Esslingen over a total length of 250 km. In Lampertheim, Grenzhof, Kirchhausen and Löchgau, important network nodes to the existing tnbw network will be built. In addition, it will supply cities, municipalities, power plants and industries with natural gas in the future.

The line is to be built in several construction phases, according to which the delivery dates are based. This tender includes services for the first two construction phases:

Construction phase 1: Heilbronn to Löchgau (24 km) in 2023/24

Construction phase 2: Löchgau to Esslingen (44 km) in 2024/25

The services of further construction phases will be the subject of future tenders.

The subject of the award is the supply of ball valves and sliders for underground installation in accordance with terranets bw specifications Leaflets M 2.200, M 2.202 (draft) and 2.203 (draft) and DIN EN 14141. Leaflet M 2.204 applies to the remote drives.

No tenders or prizes may be submitted at this stage of the procedure. Otherwise, this may lead to exclusion from the participation competition.

It should be noted that there may be deviations in the content of the leaflets, which are currently still in the draft, until the call for tenders.

The client attaches great importance to the greatest possible conformity of the offered product with the order specification. In the interests of future developments, hydrogen compatibility will receive special attention when awarding contracts.
