The object of the procurement is the maintenance and development services of the Environmental Permit Information System (ALIS), which consists of small modifications of the information system (ALIS), emergency troubleshooting and consulting services. Services must be provided by 12 December 2023, no extension is foreseen. The volume of services is 2000.00 (two thousand) hours. The services will be purchased according to the contracting authority's need (there is no obligation that the preliminary quantity of services will be purchased) at the fixed hourly rate of the services indicated in the supplier's tender for a maximum of EUR 181,500.00 (one hundred and eighty-one thousand five hundred euros 00 cents) including VAT (maximum contract value). The contracting authority shall require that the services offered by the supplier must not constitute a threat to national security. Upon receipt of a request from the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) (by telephone or e-mail) regarding an emergency situation, the elimination of a software malfunction, modification of the functionality of the information system (hereinafter referred to as development services) or consulting on current issues of system operation, the acceptor must assess the time costs necessary for the request to carry out the request. After the customer has agreed to the time costs, the Acceptor must provide the services. After the Customer has assessed the proposed solution and submitted its approval, the Acceptor must form packages for installation into the pilot environment of the Customer. After the Customer has carried out testing of the solution in the test environment and has not identified any deficiencies, the Acceptor must carry out the installation into the production environment. After the changes are successfully installed, the Acceptor must update the user's and administrator's documentation. The services provided must be provided with a warranty of 1 (one) month from the date of installation of the replacement into the production environment of ALIS.
