The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and ripping of wood to be carried out in the forest area of Zabrzeg, Grodziec Forest District Bielsko in the year 2022.The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber harvesting resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ. A detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description standard of forest work performance technology).

The in-kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1 - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Qualitative standards relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State and Decision No 112 of the Director-General of State Forests of 4 October 2021 amending Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the “Description of the standard of technology of forestry works” in units organizational State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of the activity codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract and a description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works are contained in Annex 4 to SWZ. The item of the order was not divided into parts. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of forest Zabrzeg, Grodziec Forest District Bielsko.Due to the actual nature and weather situation, which may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic situation unforeseen at the moment- economic, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make downsizing adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location arrangements, as well as to withhold the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part of the work. These should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in Zabrzeg and Grodziec Forest Area (including locations in the Area of Order Execution not pre-indicated in SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address ) in the Contract Execution Area, within the framework of the total quantities of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject specified in the SWZ, which are to be executed throughout the Purchase Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the order in the course of execution of the object of the order may also occur in order to complete the full range of work described in the subject of the order.
