Description:
Providing support, administration, maintenance, and expertise services for the EDIFIS & ASIFIS applications, including functional application administration, user support, technical assistance, project delivery, and functional expertise.
Support, administration, maintenance, support and expertise services for EDIFIS & ASIFIS

The EDIFIS and ASIFIS applications are tools for consolidating and analysing the EDF Group's accounting and budget data.

They are based on Oracle Hyperion EPM System software and use the following modules:

- Oracle Hyperion EPM System Foundation (Web et MS Office Smart View Add-In),

- Oracle Hyperion Financial Performance Management Applications,

- Oracle Hyperion Reporting And Analysis (RA),

- Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition.

The expected service covers different types of missions, structured in 2 lots.

* "Lot 1 - Maintenance, Management and Project" is subdivided into three areas:

- Domain 1-A: Functional Application Administration and User Support

- Domain 1-B: Expertise and Technical Assistance

- Domain 1-C: Project Delivery

* The "Lot 2: Functional Expertise"

Maintenance, Management and Project

The services expected for Lot 1 are as follows:

Domain 1-A: Functional Application Administration and User Support:

- Ensure the proper functioning of the EDIFIS and ASIFIS applications, implement the requests made by the COMPANY and guarantee the integrity and completeness of the metadata in both applications:

- Maintenance, configuration and administration of applications to ensure the smooth running of consolidation and reporting cycles in coordination with the company's consolidation and reporting departments. Produce and update any documents necessary for the administration of the application

- User support and support: telephone support, produce and maintain any necessary documents to keep users informed of the application's features.

- User training: preparation or updating of materials, preparation of environments, facilitation of sessions in French and English.

- Authorization management

- Processing requests for corrective or functional evolutionary maintenance

- Carrying out non-regression or proper functioning tests in the context of technical, functional or planned operations (workstation, application patching, DRP)

- Communication on the operation of the application (upgrades, availability, shutdown/restart).

Domain 1-B: Expertise and Technical Assistance:

- Ensure application management

- Technical expertise mission: technology watch, solution optimization audits, support on the implementation of new technical features, etc.

- Correction of technical incidents with the management of SR (service request) with the publisher if necessary

- Management of requests relating to infrastructure, architecture and requests for complex technical developments/studies

- Assistance to the COMPANY on the exercise of DRP

Domain 1-C: Project Delivery:

- Definition, implementation and management of projects (Oracle HFM and new consolidation products) from general design to production, user assistance and transition to MCO, with the aim of obtaining an optimal result in accordance with the company's requirements in terms of quality, performance, cost, time and safety.

- Definition and writing of the design and detailed technical specifications, developments, unit tests of integration and non-regression of the proposed solutions and choices, support in the business acceptance phase

- Preparation and production launch, post-start-up user support, MCO transition

- Ensure change management: information and training for users and teams in charge of application MCO.

Functional Expertise

This lot relates to the following activities:

- Handling of complex corrective or evolutionary maintenance requests: processing of the request, design of the solution and drafting of technical-functional specifications, realization of unit, integration and non-regression developments and tests,

- Functional expertise: coordination, management and modification of the configuration repository and loading of data structures (metadata, rules, etc.),

- Support and advice before and during projects.
