1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from residential real estate located in the Lubicz Commune related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Commune in 2024.

2) The service will be performed in compliance with the provisions of generally applicable law and on the terms set out in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.

3) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 5 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Lubicz Commune related to maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Commune in 2024. The scope of the contract includes:

1) provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Contracting Authority from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Lubicz Commune and accompanying services

2) provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the municipal waste installation indicated by the Contracting Authority from the Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK)

3) provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Ordering Party of bulky waste collected directly from residents in a cycle of 2 times a year

4) provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and transfer of collected municipal waste to the Municipal Installation indicated by the Ordering Party of waste from collection points for expired medicines and collection points for used batteries

5) providing owners of inhabited real estate with containers and bags intended for collecting individual types of waste and providing services related to maintaining them in an appropriate order and technical condition. The Ordering Party reserves that during the term of the contract the number of containers may change – reduced or increased according to actual needs. In the event of the described situation, the Contractor's remuneration remains unchanged;

6) equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Lubicz Górne, entry from Nowa Wieś at Promowa Street (the area of the sewage treatment plant hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) with containers / containers for separate collection of selected waste and provision of services related to their maintenance in proper condition

7) delivery of containers to indicated pharmacies and shops as well as public buildings and provision of services related to their maintenance in proper condition

8) conducting various forms of educational activities in the field of municipal waste management;

9) controlling the implementation by the property owner of the obligation in the field of selective waste collection,

10) development and delivery of a schedule of services covered by the Subject of the contract for owners of inhabited real estate located in the Lubicz Municipality;

11) keeping documentation related to the activity covered by the subject of the contract.

The service will be performed in compliance with applicable regulations and under the conditions specified in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
