assignment of the linguistic and cultural mediation service, administrative accompaniment and support for applications for international protection in collaboration with the Ferrara Police Headquarters for 1 year

The municipal administration intends to stipulate, for all the services described in art. 1 and 2 of these specifications, a contract with a duration of 12 months from the date of commencement of the service, presumably from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.Il Municipality reserves the right to renew the contract for a period not exceeding 12 months, if the requirements of this contract remain. The Municipal Administration exercises this right by communicating it by certified email to the Contractor's elected domicile within 30 (thirty) days from the natural expiry of the original contract, without prejudice to any contingent, unforeseen and unforeseeable situations. Pursuant to art. 120, paragraph 10 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the Municipality also reserves the right to extend the contract pending the subsequent award, for a period not exceeding 6 (six) months, under the same agreements, prices and conditions of the last year of activity of the

service. The Municipal Administration exercises this right by communicating it by certified email to the address elected by the Contractor at least 20 (twenty) days before the expiry of the contract, without prejudice to any contingent, unforeseen and unforeseeable situations. Pursuant to art. 120, paragraph 9 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, the services referred to in this contract, which are being executed, may be increased or decreased by the Municipal Administration for

any additional requirements, up to one fifth of the total net contract amount The Administration also reserves the right to entrust the successful bidder, in the manner provided for by art. 120 c. 1 lett. a) d.lgs. no. 36/2023, any additional assignments/services falling within the scope of activities similar to those of the contract or in any case of reception and support for users to be specifically identified in the term of the contract or for increases in hourly requirements, up to a 100% increase in the basic tender value of this procedure. Finally, the Client reserves the right to proceed with the delivery of the works as a matter of urgency, pending the signing of the contract, if the conditions provided for by art. 17 paragraphs 8 and 9 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023.
