Total public performance contract within the meaning of Articles L. 2171-3 and R. 2171-2 to R. 2171-3 of the Public Order Code concerning the restructuring of the Baimbridge School Complex - Lycée Polyvalent Chevalier St Georges.

The school town of Baimbridge, built in 1965 and 1968 is occupied by 3 structures:

- the General and Technological High School (LGT) - 9 buildings, current SHON 25 096 m 2 (not concerned),

- Chevalier St Georges High School (LCSG) - 12 buildings, current floor area of 27,965 m 2 (subject of this notice),

- the sports areas include 3 gymnasiums, 2 tennis courts, 4 team sports fields, 1 25 m swimming pool, 1 football field with an athletics track (not concerned).

The internship currently concerns the 3 institutions, it is located within the LGT. A boarding school specific to LCSG is required.

A global public performance contract consisting of designing, demolishing and building, in a context of seismic risk and continuity of operation, school buildings, boarding school and administrative buildings specific to the LCSG. The constructed area is approximately 18,000 m 2 of useful area and 9 400 m 2 outdoor spaces.

The project management team responsible for the design and monitoring of its execution of this work will be responsible for the achievement of the following mission elements: final pre-project studies, project studies, implementation studies, follow-up the execution of the works, assistance to the reception operations and the implementation of the guarantee of perfect completion. The content of these mission elements is defined in Articles D. 2171-7 to D. 2171-14 of the Public Order Code.

The contract will include a contractual commitment to a level of energy efficiency improvement.

It will have to respect the objectives of environmental performance (eco-construction, eco-management, comfort and health) and qualitative (durability of works, optimization of maintenance, quality of green spaces and services offered to the user ...).

The works must be carried out in occupied site, which implies a realization in successive phases and in accordance with the annual budget allocated by the region Guadeloupe.

The contract will include demolition services, architectural and technical design (including all administrative authorization procedures), construction and operation-maintenance.
