The subject of the contract is the provision of a biodegradable waste management service with code 20 02 01 in an estimated amount of approx. 3,000 Mg during the term of the contract, collected at the Waste Disposal Plant in Bierków managed by the Ordering Party, in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor, with the possibility of submitting partial offers: part No. 1 – 1,000 Mg, part No. 2 – 1,000 Mg, part No. 3 – 500 Mg, part No. 4 – 500 Mg, in accordance with the decisions held by the Contractor, to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (OPZ).
