1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel along with the service of distribution of high-methane gas fuel group E, to the gas intake points specified in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the OPZ) and the terms and conditions of its performance were specified by the Contracting Authority in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Use and in the provisions of the agreement (hereinafter: Draft Agreement), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference.
