1) The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding of wood, nursery and seed production as well as hunting and meadow farming to be carried out at the Zamrzenica Forest District in 2019.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery and seed production as well as hunting and meadow farming, resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR.

3) A detailed description of the works in Annex 3. The material ranges listed in Annex 3 are estimates.

4) Detailed description of the technology, description of the technology for performing individual forestry works in Annex 4 to the ToR.

Provision of services related to forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, preparation of wood for tanning the office and cleaning of the surface after cutting cuts from logging residues with the use of a shredder in the forestry Klonia, Leontynowo and Pieńkowo, and also preceding soil preparation in disaster areas in the Klonia forestry branch 246 I 247, in the Leontynowo forestry branch 151 and in the forestry Pieńkowo branch 218B and 218C;

Provision of services related to forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, preparation of wood for tanning the office and cleaning of cutting surfaces from post-cutting residues using a shredder in the Lisikąt forestry as well as forest nursery in a nursery forest Lisikąt;

Provision of services related to forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, preparation of wood for tanning the office and cleaning of the surface after cutting cuts from logging residues using a shredder in the forestry of Wandowo and Zamrza, as well as on calamity preceding soil preparation in the Klonia forestry branch 239 and 242 and renewal in 232;

Provision of forest management services, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, preparation of wood for tanning the office and cleaning of the surface after cutting cuts from logging residues using a shredder in the forestry of Lisiejama and Sielanka, as well as on calamitous areas ahead of soil preparation in the Klonia forestry branch 238 and renewal in division 229;

Provision of services related to forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, preparation of wood for tanning the office and cleaning of the surface after cutting cuts from logging residues using a shredder in the forestry of Bruchniewo and Brzozowo, as well as on calamity preceding soil preparation in Klonia forestry branch 251 and renewal in 231;

Provision of services in the field of meadow and agricultural and hunting management located in the management of the Zamrzenica Forest District, included in hunting district No. 29, used for the purposes of circuit No. 29 and on land leased by the Forest District for the purposes of hunting economy;

Provision of services in the field of meadow and agricultural and hunting management under the management of the Zamrzenica Forest District, included in hunting district No. 46, used for the purposes of district No. 46 and on land leased by the Forest District for the needs of hunting economy.
