The subject of the contract are cleaning works in the Białołęka District m.st Warsaw:

Part 1

a) emptying 417 pcs. street baskets 1 time a day, six days a week;

(b) emergency emptying of street bins within a period not exceeding 1 hour to 2 hours from notification;

c) maintaining proper cleanliness of street bins and their surroundings within a radius of 1.5 m, removing graffiti from baskets,

d) change the location of the trash;

f) notify the Ordering Party about theft or devastation of the basket or cartridge;

g) replenishment of dispensers in places with biodegradable bags for dog droppings;

Part 2

a) cleaning of undeveloped areas indicated by the Ordering Party together with waste disposal and their disposal;

b) removal of fallen animals from the areas indicated by the Ordering Party;

Part 1 - Cleaning works for emptying street baskets and supplementing distributors with biodegradable bags for dog droppings

a) emptying 417 pcs. street bins in the places specified in the Annex to the Agreement, including: emptying street bins with a frequency of 1 time a day, six days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday until 9.00 – excluding public holidays), the number of emptyings up to 65,052;

b) emergency emptying of street bins in the case of an overflowing bin at the request of the Ordering Party, within a period not exceeding 1 hour to 2 hours from notification, the number of emptiments

of 30,

c) maintaining proper cleanliness of street baskets, especially under a metal insert, and their surroundings within a radius of 1.5 m, removing graffiti from baskets,

d) changing the location of the street bin at the request of the Ordering Party,

e) immediately notify the Ordering Party about the theft or devastation of the basket or cartridge;

f) supplementing distributors in the places specified in the Annex to the Agreement with biodegradable bags for dog droppings of 100 pcs. per distributor with a frequency of 1 time a day two days a week (Monday and Friday - excluding holidays until 9.00), the number of replenishments up to 2,600.

Part 2*

a) cleaning of undeveloped areas indicated by the Ordering Party together with waste disposal and their disposal, in the amount estimated by the Ordering Party up to 250 m³,

b) remove fallen animals from the areas indicated by the Contracting entity (the Contractor shall remove the fallen animal within 1 hour to a maximum of 2 hours from receipt of the notification; the amount provided by the Ordering Party up to 10 kg. The scope of activities includes:

- checking the disposed dead pet animal for electronic markings;

- reading the mycoprocessor number of a dead pet being removed with a chip reader

from the areas indicated by the Ordering Party;

- sending by SMS to the phone number 604 778 747 information about finding a dead animal marked with a microprocessor;

c) liquidation of wild landfills and waste indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. loading and transport for disposal of municipal waste; the amount provided by the Ordering Party up to 210 Mg.
