The object of the service is the implementation of the rescue service in the Aachen city region in 3 ambulance station arealess (lot 1 = north, lot 2 = center, lot 3 = south) each including the provision of personnel, material and vehicles for the operation of patient trays. In addition, interhospital transports are carried out with a RTW (V-RTW) specialized for transfer operations as well as intensive care transports with a specialized vehicle (ITW), primarily between the hospitals in the Aachen City Region (including the city of Aachen) all day.

According to § 130 GWB, when awarding public contracts for social and other specific services within the meaning of Annex XIV to Directive 2014/24/EU, contracting authorities have at their choice the open procedure, the restricted procedure, the negotiated procedure with competitive tender, the competitive dialogue and the innovation partnership at their choice. The rescue services to be awarded here fall under this category. In order to ensure the greatest possible efficiency, transparency and non-discrimination with the shortest possible duration of proceedings, the contracting authority has committed itself to the open procedure.

The object of the service is the implementation of the rescue service in the rescue stations Würselen-Bardenberg and Würselen (emergency rescue all day, peak demand RTW, patient transport and peak demand KTW in the specified time span), the execution of interhospital transports with a RTW (V-RTW) specialized for transfer operations as well as intensive care transports with a specialized vehicle (ITW), primarily between the hospitals in the area of the city region Aachen (including the city of Aachen) all day. The vehicles of the basic needs (3 RTW, 5 KTW, 2 NEF, 1 ITW, 1 V-RTW) are provided by the client. The rescue stations Würselen-Bardenberg and Würselen are to be run as a training rescue station. The location of the RTW for special needs must be the area designated for the northern group (cities of Alsdorf, Baesweiler, Herzogenrath and Würselen). Patient Storage North:

The cities of Alsdorf, Baesweiler, Herzogenrath and Würselen are assigned to the patient repository as the primary spatial area of responsibility.

The object of the service is the implementation of the rescue service in the rescue station Baesweiler and in the central location Mitte (emergency rescue all day, peak demand RTW and patient transport in the specified time span). The vehicles of the basic needs (2 RTW, 4 KTW and 1 NEF) are provided by the client. The rescue station Baesweiler is to be run as a training rescue station. The location of the RTW for special needs must be the area designated for the central group (cities of Eschweiler and Stolberg). Patient shelf centre: The cities of Eschweiler and Stolberg are assigned to the patient shelf as the primary spatial area of responsibility.

The object of the service is the implementation of the rescue service in the rescue stations Simmerath, Roetgen and Monschau-Höfe (emergency rescue all day, peak demand RTW and patient transport in the specified time span). The vehicles of the basic needs (4 RTW, 2 KTW and 1 NEF) are provided by the client. The rescue station Simmerath is to be run as a training rescue station. The location of the RTW for special needs must be the area designated for the southern group (city of Monschau, municipalities of Roetgen or Simmerath).

Patient Bench South: The municipalities of Simmerath and Roetgen as well as the city of Monschau are assigned to the patient storage area as the primary spatial area of responsibility.
