The objective of this tender is to find one suitable supplier for the supply of paper, this is understood to mean a minimum of five packs of paper to whole pallets. Smaller packaging and occasionally a box of paper of the same color series (colored paper therefore falls outside the scope of this tender) are purchased from the supplier of office supplies to avoid unnecessarily expensive and non-environmentally friendly transports.

The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender according to an open procedure, where the 'tender with the lowest price' is the starting point.

Estimated amount of delivery averaged over the past four years: EUR 30,000. This amount is per year and exclusive of 21% VAT.
