The parameters of the standard indicated by the Ordering Party present the technical, operational, utility, functional conditions and other features relevant to the subject of the contract, while the indicated brand or trade name specifies the class of the product, not a specific manufacturer. The Contractor may offer equivalent products, provided that they have no worse technical parameters than those described and given in the SWZ.
4. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the contract.
5. The rules for the performance of the contract in question are set out in the "Draft Agreement" constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.
