The purpose of this contract is to carry out works on roads and various networks (VRD), lighting and green spaces in the COEUR DE VILLE development operation in La Celle-Saint-Cloud (78). The contract is allotted and divided into 3 lots: Lot n°1: Works and roadworks, Lot n°2: Public lighting and Lot n°3: Green spaces - Playground This contract is concluded for a firm period of 48 months, from the date of notification of the contract or from the date fixed in the notification. The purpose of the contract to be concluded as a result of the procedure initiated will be the execution of works on roads and highways, public lighting and green spaces for the creation of the public spaces of the COEUR DE VILLE operation in La Celle Saint-Cloud (78), in particular: - The construction of a central north-south road; - The construction of the forecourt of the media library; - The creation of a structuring green corridor; - The creation of pedestrian alleys.

Roads and highway works. Lot 1 is concluded for a firm term of 48 months. It is mixed-price, partly at a global and fixed price, partly at unit prices, within the limit of the maximum amount of €800,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract

Lot 2: public lighting. Lot 2 is concluded for a firm term of 48 months. It is global and flat-rated.

Green spaces and playgrounds. Lot 3 is concluded for a firm term of 48 months. It is mixed-price, partly at a global and all-inclusive price, partly at unit prices, within the limit of the maximum amount of €400,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract
