Capi wants to acquire a biogas plant for the Traffeyeres Step. In addition, the contract for the delegation of the public service of collective sanitation will be finalized in April 2028.In order to prepare and be able to anticipate the end of the current leasing and to reconcile the construction of a biogas plant on the Step de Trafeyeres, Capi wishes to have project management assistance (Amo). The latter will have to define the different possible scenarios for the future management mode and propose to the Capi the optimal division in order to integrate on one of the modes a concessive island for the construction and operation of a methansieur for the sludge of the Step of Traffeyeres. The AMO will have to assist the Capi throughout the duration of the procedure of or consultations until the choice of the successful bidder(s), follow-up works
