The purpose of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement for 2 lots of "oqa-css, mr and Infras-Solidité - lot 1" and "OQA-IU - lot 2" which is part of the Safety of Guided Public Transport. The need to be satisfied concerns one of the areas relating to second views issued by Approved Qualified Bodies and is addressed to approved bodies. The mission will consist of: -Approval global evaluation: Relating to the entire system concerned (Title II of the Stpg Decree) -Approval evaluation, according to the following five areas: Domain 1: Infrastructure Domain 2: Control command / Railway signalling Field 3: Energy Field 4: Rolling stock Area 5: Urban integration of trams. This framework agreement is mixed-price: one part will be executed in a lump sum form and another part will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The purchase order part has a maximum amount of 50,000 euros for each lot
