The object of the order is to carry out restoration work on the sculptures, in accordance with the following parts:
A. Sculptures “Musicians” by S. Pietrusy
B. Sculpture “Pastuszek” by U. Thin
C. Sculpture “Birds” by U. Kaczmarczyk
D. Sculpture “Torn” by J. Krakowczyk
creating the Silesian Sculpture Gallery (Part IV) based on conservation programmes and in accordance with the permit to carry out restoration works on the monument listed on the Register of Monuments No 6/2021 dated 22 April 2021. The restoration work of the sculpture “Musicians” by S. Pietrusy1. The object of the order is to carry out restoration works on the sculpture “Muzykanci” by S. Pietrusy creating the Silesian Sculpture Gallery (Part IV) based on the conservation programmes and in accordance with the permit to carry out restoration works on the monument listed on the register monuments no. 6/2021 of 22 April 2021
2. A detailed description of the object of the contract (OPZ) is Annex 3 to the SWZ.
3. Additional conditions for the execution of the contract are defined by the model contracts constituting Annexes 2 a SWZ.
4. The object of the contract is carried out under the Agreement for the financing of the Municipal Project “Modernization of Silesian Park”, Task No 9 “Repair and maintenance of sculptures in the Park carried out in the second marketing of funds returning from the JESSICA Regional Operational Programme Initiative Silesian Voivodeship for the period 2007-2013”.
5. The Contractor is obliged to secure his bid for the amount of PLN 500,00 (in words: five hundred zlotys 00/100) in accordance with the rules set out in point XV of SIWZ. The vadium should be lodged effectively before the deadline for the submission of tenders.

Thin forming the Silesian Sculpture Gallery (Part IV) based on conservation programmes and in accordance with the permit to carry out restoration works on the monument listed on the register monuments no. 6/2021 of 22 April 2021

The object of the contract is carried out under the Agreement for the financing of the Municipal Project “Modernization of Silesian Park”, Task No 9 “Repair and maintenance of sculptures in the Park carried out in the second marketing of funds returning from the JESSICA Regional Operational Programme Initiative Silesian Voivodeship for the period 2007-2013”.
5. The Contractor shall be obliged to secure his vadium offer of PLN 300,00 (word: three hundred zlotys 00/100) in accordance with the rules set out in point XV of SIWZ.
