1. The subject of the contract is substitute bus transport for the carriage of travelers on the route Tychowo-Grzmiąca - Tychowo: from 01.11.2023 to 09.11.2023. in place of POLREGIO S.A. rail passenger transport, in connection with modernization works planned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

2. The expected mileage of buses without adding commuting (vain mileage) during the basic order is about 4 814 km

3. The description of the subject of the contract, including the detailed conditions for the performance of the contract, is included in the model contract for this public contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4. The contracting authority shall not allow partial or variant bids to be submitted.
