Framework agreement on the cleaning of protective clothing and personal protective equipment for the Recklinghausen municipal service companies

The service includes the implementation of the cleaning of protective clothing. On a regular basis, the soiled laundry is collected weekly by the contractor (hereinafter abbreviated as AN) and clean laundry is delivered at the same time. Upon delivery, the Contractor shall issue a delivery note stating the number of clothing delivered - listed by type of garment (e.g. softshell jacket, high-visibility vest, etc.) and hand it over to the customer (hereinafter abbreviated as AG). On-site distribution is carried out via the system distribution cabinets provided by the client, which gives the client's employees direct and independent access to their workwear. Furthermore, the service includes the inspection and repair of the protective clothing.

The protective clothing is mainly used in the areas of street cleaning, garbage collection, green maintenance (playgrounds, cemeteries, gardens), street maintenance as well as in crafts (including motor vehicles, electricians, locksmiths, carpenters, painters and varnishers).

The number of quantities stated in the bill of quantities refers to the estimated weekly work protective clothing to be cleaned.
