The contracting authority intends to enter into a new contract for audit services, because the contract with the current contractor expires. Since the contracting authority has a sound

wishes to be accountable and must comply with laws and regulations and therefore wishes to have its annual accounts checked by an external party, it is looking for a party that can perform these services.

The purpose of this tender is to enter into an agreement with one (1) contractor.

The effective date of the contract shall be equal to the time of final award. The current agreement ends when the control of the last financial year (2022) has been completed and the advice and reports on this have been completed. The intended effective date is March 1, 2023. The agreement will be entered into for the financial years 2023 to 2026. At the end of this period, the agreement may be renewed twice for one (1) year.
