Trade structural and civil engineering work
Rheingoldhallen GmbH and Co KG (short: RGKG), Hechtsheimer Straße 37, 55131 Mainz, is planning the conversion and renovation of the City Hall car park, Rheinstraße 66, 55116 Mainz. This includes, among other things, the establishment of new technical centers, from which the car park is to be supplied independently by the town hall and Rheingoldhalle. Due to the damage patterns, extensive concrete renovation is required. A new sprinkler control center will also be produced and the lighting system will be completely renewed. In the course of the renovation, structural work with concrete sawing and civil engineering work is required to expose a supply passage directly in front of the building.
The car park is located in Mainz right next to the Rheingoldhalle. Access is via Rheinstrasse. The car park was built in the late 1960s as a solid reinforced concrete structure. It has 4 parking levels with a total of 545 parking spaces.
The conversion and renovation of the multi-storey car park is taking place in a complete closure.
Construction work is carried out by several trades. Coordination and coordination of the construction process between the contractors is required.
In the course of the conversion and renovation of the parking garage, the following measures are planned and tendered in the shell construction/civil engineering trade:
- Approximately 70 square meters of formwork for walls, upstands and supports
- approx. 69 sqm formwork for ceilings and beams
- Approx. 23 cbm in-situ concrete for walls, ceilings, beams and upstands
- Ca 500 reinforcement connections
- approx. 3 t reinforcing steel
- Approximately 250 square meters of KS masonry in different wall thicknesses
- Approx. 5 pcs Making door openings in starboard walls using sawing technology
- approx. 130 m exposed supply passage, depth up to approx. 1.50m, partially excavated by hand
- Approx. 210 sqm of waterproofing work with bitumen sealing membranes
- Pick up and re-lay approx. 250 square meters of plaster
- Clearing approx. 30 square meters of hedges
