ROR Innkjøp is now establishing a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the procurement and assembly of solar cell systems in accordance with chapter 26 of the Public Procurement Regulations. This means that when Molde eiendom KF procures solar cell systems, contests will be organised through the dynamic purchasing system. For solar cell systems in the individual contests, the delivery may include:
- Purchasing of solar cell systems
- Assembly of solar cell systems
- Service and warranty services during the warranty period
- Repairs and parts beyond the warranty period
- Other associated services The details and exact requirement specifications will be specified in each individual contest carried out under the purchasing system. The different buildings will have widely varying roof types, such as gabled roofs, valm roofs, mansard roofs, lean-to roofs, etc. Mounting possibilities and load capacity will also vary. Technical information related to the individual contests will be provided under the dynamic purchasing system. The number of buildings will also vary in the individual contests. The size of buildings will also vary, from small residential houses to large apartment blocks.

Solar cell systems that will be procured through contests via the purchasing system will vary in scope based on the size of the building and the associated available roof surfaces for the solar cell system.
