The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding to be carried out in the Torzym Forest District (Leśnictwa Gądków i Mierczany) in 2020. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging resulting from Annex 3 to ToR, comprising annexes 3.1 - 3.4

1) The subject of the order is described in Annex 3.1. to the ToR:
A) in natural units (units of measure) for which the commissioning and measuring of works as part of the acceptance of works and remuneration due for completed and received works will take place at unit rates for the natural unit (unit of measure). take place as follows:
• works commissioned in natural units will be quantified in natural units, and then the number of these units will be multiplied by the appropriate unit rates given in the offer cost estimate,
B) in natural units (units of measure), and the work required for its implementation in standard hours and in real hours. Subject of the order. The commissioning and quantity survey of works will be carried out in natural units (units of measure) or in real hours. Determining the remuneration due for completed and received works (settlement) will be carried out according to unit rates for normal hours or real hours given in the Offer Cost Estimate according to the following rules:
• works commissioned in natural units according to activity codes, which are included in the Norms Catalog maintained by ordinance No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2003 ("Norms Catalog"), included in Annex 3.4. to SIWZ will be quantitatively collected in natural units, and then converted into the number of norm hours in accordance with the Catalog of standards. The amounts of hours worked out in this way will be multiplied by the respective unit rates given in the Offer Cost Estimate;
• works ordered in real hours according to activities whose codes do not appear in the Catalog of standards, will be taken quantitatively according to the number of real hours specified in the Order, which will then be multiplied by the respective unit rates given in the Offer Cost Estimate;
• works commissioned in natural units according to activities whose codes do not appear in the Catalog of standards will be quantified in natural units, and then converted into the number of hours in accordance with the factory standard in Annex 3.4. to the ToR. The amounts of norm-hours established in this way will be multiplied by the respective unit rates given in the Offer Cost Estimate.
• The catalog of standards and company standards constitute Annex 3.4. to the ToR
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding of wood resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:
- attachment No. 3.1 - size of works per activity,
- Annex 3.2 - difficulty zones and skidding distances,
- Annex 3.3 - the wood harvesting sorting system,
- Annex 3.4 - company standards and a catalog of time standards introduced by the ordinance No. 99 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2003.
3) Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. are estimates.
4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.
5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.
6) A description of the rules for the forest works acceptance procedure is included in Annex 5
