The purpose of this call for tenders is the operation (operation, monitoring and adjustment of the installations) and the maintenance (preventive and corrective) of the heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning installations of the buildings of the City of Saint-Maurice. . Two site visits are scheduled (see consultation rules).

The incumbent takes care of all the equipment, existing, operational or not, making it possible to ensure the production and distribution of heating, the production and distribution of domestic hot water (DHW) as well as the ventilation equipment according to the limits of services defined in the CCTP.
