The subject of the Order is the supply to ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. of diesel oil, compliant with PN-EN 590, with a maximum sulphur content of 10 mg / kg, in grades B, D and F (oil for summer, transitional and winter periods) – in the amount of 579.5 m3 (579 500 liters)

The subject of the Order is the supply to ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. of diesel oil, compliant with the PN-EN 590 standard, with a maximum sulphur content of 10 mg / kg, in grades B, D and F (oil for summer, transitional and winter periods) – in the amount of 579.5 m3 (579 500 liters), subject to the following.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of diesel oil expected to be delivered during the term of the Agreement. The actual amount of diesel fuel supplied can range from 450 m3 to 579.5 m3.

The above provision results from the possibility of reducing electricity production caused by the amount of energy demand by the national power system and in the event of a failure of generating equipment at the Ordering Party, resulting in a long-term maintenance shutdown or the possibility of reducing the demand for diesel oil as a result of optimizing the operation of power units.

The subject of the Order is consistent with the PN-EN 590 standard and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2023.1314, i.e.), with the provisions of the Regulation having superior power.

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement, part 2 of the SWZ.
