Cork City Council ("the Client") and Cork County Council in partnership with Transport Infrastructure Ireland propose to carry out the appraisal and options selection of the Cork North Ring Road.

The services to be provided include but are not limited to all services necessary and desirable for the purposeful management and delivery of Phase 0 (Scope and Pre-Appraisal), Phase 1 (Concept and Feasibility), Phase 2 (Options Selection), of the Transport Infrastructure Ireland Project Management Guidelines PE-PMG-02041 (TII PMG), the associated Transport Infrastructure Ireland Project Appraisal Guidelines (TII PAG), Stage 1 and 2 of the Government's Public Spending Code 2019 (PSC) and Department of Transport Common Appraisal Framework (DoT CAF).
